A Record of Achievement
In restaurant management for over 20 years, his experience includes managing Hardees, McDonalds, and Perkins Restaurants. His accomplishments include being the "Green & Growing" award recipient in 1986 that acknowledged his achievement in turning a troubled "FFF" McDonalds restaurant into a thriving, top rated, fun place to work. He was also associate manager of the year for Perkins Restaurants-Nebraska Region in 1991.
He has been a member of Toastmasters International since 1984. His accomplishments include being Division Governor of the Year for 1993-94, District 24 Evaluation Contest winner in 1998 and Division A International Speech Contest winner in 1998. He won the District 24 Table Topics contest in 2000 and finished 2nd in the District 24 International Speech Contest in 2001.
